Denice treated my husband and I as family! It was our first time buying a home and Denice made it literally the most seamless and easiest process EVER

This is a late review, as we bought our house in October of 2021. But we would love to express our appreciation and gratefulness to Denice! She was always acting in our best interest, and we always felt that we could trust her judgment and expertise. As first time homebuyers, we benefitted from her patient willingness to explain each step of the intricacies of home buying. Searching for a home is a bit overwhelming, but the process was seamless and smooth thanks to our realtor Denice!

Denice has been my agent for both buying and selling a home, and my experiences with her have been phenomenal! She is efficient, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the industry. She is also understanding and kind, and she and her team make the entire process smooth and simple. I highly recommend Denice for buying and selling your home and hope to work with her again in the future.

Denice is SUPER REALTOR!! She's incredibly responsive and provides the support you need to get the best price to buy or sell your home. She recently helped me sell my first home. It was emotional for me and I had a lotta questions all the time (read: a bit high mantenance). She was totally there for me to help me understand what I needed to do and when I needed to do it. She's strategic, tactical and a master negotiator, providing expert direction to get me house market ready and securing multiple serious offers well over the asking price to get me the greatest payoff on my investment. She knows her stuff, does all her research, and went our of her way to make the process as easy as possible. I wouldn't think of buying or selling in this market without her skilled expertise and partnership!!

Denice and her team at Coldwell Banker Bain did an outstanding job of listing my house and selling it in record time! I couldn't be more pleased with how stress-free she made the whole process. She kept me in the loop the whole way from beginning to end. I highly recommend Denice and her team with any of your real estate needs.

To say Denice is perfect is an understatement. I generally roll my eyes at the word phenomenal, but Denice is an exemplary representation of the word. My home buying path was not typical. I began the quest without a clue what I wanted. I didn't know my budget, I didn't know where I wanted to be..nothing. Denice patiently showed me condos, fixer uppers, new construction, urban lots, rural forest getaways..I was all over the map. She provided the occasional suggestion to help me stay focused on my goals, but largely went along on wild ride of me discovering what home I wanted to purchase. Touring homes with her was legitimately fun. Her insights, opinions and general personality are a true pleasure. I am able to be real with her, which is invaluable on an adventure as grand as purchasing your first home. We went through a few different offers, some were quite rushed. Despite this, Denice never showed signs of stress, frustration or exhaustion. With one home, we went from tour to submitting an offer in under an hour. There was another property we toured that had an offer already, which was only known because Denice proactively reached out to the selling agent. I ultimately decided against submitting an offer on that house, but it felt reassuring to know Denice was ready to be that aggressive in helping me achieve the home I desired. After getting an offer accepted, the purchase process with Denice was pleasant and easy. She kept me updated frequently, and is well connected with a variety of fantastic home-buying industry folks [loan officer, home inspector, etc.]. She made it easy to ensure there were no delays during the purchase process. Now that the dust has settled, the paint has dried, and the cats are asleep on the couch, I look back at this process with nothing but contentment, and Denice is a significant contributor to that. When I go to purchase my property, Denice will absolutely be the first person I call [well, text]. She's transparent, she's fast, she's professional..she's literally perfect.

Denice has done it again!!! She ran my sale and purchase so beautifully, it was flawless, professional and stressless. I got more than the asking price because of her marketing. It sold in 24 hours. I felt like Denice had my back throughout the whole process watching every little detail. She caught an error that would have cost us $6,500. She is my agent for life!!!

Denice has the "in". It's a tough, fast-paced market and Denice knows how to work it to get you what you are looking for. She's also kind, personable, and a joy to work with. We got the house in the neighborhood we wanted, and made a family friend.

Denice was very knowledgeable, and helpful through the whole process of buying our first home. She walked us through every step of the home buying process. She would answer any questions day or night, if she didn’t immediately know the answer, she would find it for us. Denice went above and beyond what we expected from a Realtor. She is very professional and upfront, and will not try to pull one over on you. Denice is in it for the benefit of her clients. Very happy that we were referred to her. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, Denise is the one to talk too.

As a first time seller, I was very nervous about the process. Denice was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. I couldn't have asked for anything more or anyone better.

Denice was great to work with. She is responsive, honest, and genuinely interested in getting us into the right house. We were not easy to work with because of our location and schedule, but Denice always made it easy for us.

I had no problems at all with Coldwell Banker Bain. Denice was very quick moving when we needed to be and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

She kept encouraging me and provided support to keep persevering. I was amazed at how quickly she captured what type of property I was looking for. I now have the house of my dreams.
